Medical Compliance Requirements
Please download the flyer below to ensure that your child has met the minimum health requirements for the 2016-17 school year. Evidence shows that healthy students have better attendance patterns and perform better academically. Proof of required immunizations and health exams must be provided before October 15th in order to avoid exclusion.
