The School Way
At Elementary School, we believe that everyone – students, teachers, staff and parents – should follow The School Way. The School Way defines what we want to be and how we want to interact with others in our school community and beyond. The School Way means:
Our school mascot is the School Lion. To be a member of the means that you have made a decision to follow The School Way in all that you do!
Be Safe: A Lion is strong, and like a lion, School Students will be strong and make good decisions that keep ourselves and our classmates safe. We will keep our bodies strong by eating right and exercising!
Be Responsible: A Lion is a leader, and like a lion, School Students will be responsible leaders. We will do the right thing and set a good example. We will see what needs to be done and do it, and we will help those less fortunate than ourselves.
Be Respectful: A Lion is proud, and like a lion, School Students will show respect for themselves and each other by displaying pride in our being, our accomplishments, the accomplishments our classmates, and our school.
