CPS Volunteer Clearance Form
To participate in school activities CPS first requires you to complete a CPS Volunteer Background Check form. http://www.cps.edu/Pages/CommunityresourcesVolunteeropportunities.aspx
It takes several weeks for CPS to complete the approval process, so please submit forms as soon as possible. We encourage you to submit your form over the summer in order to be approved by the start of the school year.
You may also drop your applications off at both the main and branch buildings. If you prefer to drop your application off at the main building, please look for the box in the front office that is labeled Volunteer Coordinators/FIG. If you are dropping your application off at the branch building, there will be a mailbox slot labeled Volunteer Coordinators. Please feel free to ask the office staff at both building for assistance, if needed.
We look forward to seeing you in September!
