Our Red-Carpet Affair is in two weeks!!!!!

Our grand prize drawing sales are lagging and we need your help.  The school's goal is to raise $10,000 in GPD sales.  To date, we have raised just over $5000.  This is fantastic but we are asking parents, faculty, and staff to continue selling grand prize drawing tickets to friends, family, neighbors, business associates, out-of-town relatives, Facebook friends, etc. and help the school reach its goal. Request additional booklets at or pick them up at either office. Submit your ticket stubs and money to either office up until the morning of our event (May 6th).

The deadline to purchase tickets to the Spring Benefit is today, April 25th, 2011 but let's face it, many of us have been meaning to purchase tickets but haven't gotten around to it yet. If you are planning to join us at the Spring Benefit please purchase your tickets by Fri. April 29, 2011. We must give the event planner at Pazzo's a final headcount plus full payment by close of business Friday April 29, 2011.  Tickets can be purchased online at southloopschool.net or by submitting your reply card with payment to the main or branch office.  Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.

Room Parents, we know that you are parent volunteers with full and busy lives but we NEED your completed classroom projects.  Please submit your classroom projects no later than Friday April 29, 2011 to either office.  They will be picked up and placed in a secure area for safekeeping.
